Vintage Cellar supervisors
Applicants will be responsible for directing vintage cellar staff in their daily winery operations.
You will need to be practical and proactive in your approach to work and possess proven leadership skills in a winery.
Excellent organizational skills, initiative, solid communication skills and the ability to multi task while supervising are fundamental to this position. An interest in wine is essential.
Vintage Cellar Hands
Industry experience, practical skills and winemaking knowledge are an advantage although comprehensive training will be given to the successful applicants. You must be practical and proactive in your approach to work and be hungry (thirsty) to get into the wine business. An interest in wine is essential.
Vintage Laboratory technicians
Experience in working in a winery laboratory is desirable but not essential. A good understanding of laboratory procedures and well organised work habits are highly regarded attributes. Experience of Quality Assurance systems would be an advantage.
