Indevin offers white winemaking services to clients for all white grape varieties. Services range from pre harvest maturity analysis right through to pre bottling preparation.

Indevin has a purpose built, state of the art, white winemaking facility which was built new in 2004.

White wine making services can include
• Pre harvest maturity analysis.
• Hand sorting.
• Must chilling.
• Crushed or whole bunch pressing.
• A variety of press cycle options.
• Computer operated tank cooling/heating.
• A choice of fermentation options including inoculated, wild, tank and barrel.
• Laboratory trial work.
• A choice of final filtration methods including cross flow.

All winemaking analysis and monitoring of stored wines is carried out by the onsite well equipped laboratory.

Complete records and documentation for all wines are held on our specialist winery database which is audited annually by an independent auditor.

Indevin offers red winemaking services to clients for all red grape varieties. Services range from pre harvest maturity analysis right through to pre bottling preparation.

Indevin established a new specialist, red winemaking facility for the 2005 harvest. The red cellar has been designed to facilitate the production of premium quality red wine through the use of gravity with the elimination of the need to pump the must or fermented marc.

Red winemaking services can include
• Pre harvest maturity analysis
• Hand sorting.
• Crushing or whole bunch options.
• Open top fermenters.
• Temperature control on fermentation – warming or cooling.
• A choice of fermentation options including inoculated, wild, tank, barrel and stave work.
• Extended maceration.
• Laboratory trial work.
• A choice of final filtration methods including cross flow.
