Indevin offers white winemaking services for all white grape varieties. Services range from pre harvest right through to bottling preparation.
White wine making services include
- Pre harvest maturity analysis.
- Hand sorting.
- Must chilling.
- Crushed or whole bunch pressing.
- A variety of press cycle options.
- Computer operated tank cooling/heating.
- A choice of fermentation options including inoculated, wild, tank and barrel.
- Laboratory trial work.
- A choice of final filtration methods including cross flow.
The onsite laboratory carries out all winemaking analysis and monitoring of stored wines. Complete records and documentation for all wines are held on our specialist winery database, audited annually by an independent auditor.
Indevin has a state of the art, white winemaking facility built new in 2004, including:
4x 25 tonne receival bins each with Vaslin Bucher Delta E6 destemmer & F6 crusher and 2000 pumping hopper.

5 x Vaslin Bucher Xpert 150 presses,
6 x Vaslin Bucher Xpert 250 presses,
1 x Vaslin Bucher Xpert 320 press
Cellaring capacity:- 19,620,000 litres in 315 stainless steel wine tanks 5,000 – 240,000 litres. All tanks equipped with cooling & heating systems c/w SCADA and automatic controls.
