Accounts & Administration Assistant

Indevin is a leading winemaking facility with wineries and vineyards in Marlborough, Gisborne and Hawkes Bay. We provide innovative wine solutions for global retailers. 

We’re a 100% New Zealand owned (proud of it), fast growing, dynamic company seeking the support of an Accounts and Administration Assistant for a fixed term period of 12 months. In this role you’ll be part of a close-knit super friendly finance team and play a supporting role in accounts processing including:

  • Data entry, including ordering and invoice details

  • Entry of creditors and debtors information

  • Liaising with creditors and debtors

  • General office administration

  • Supporting preparation of accounts reconciliations and balances

To be successful in this role we are looking for:

  • Previous experience working in an Accounts Administration background would be advantageous  

  • Excel experience and skills and an ability to navigate various finance-related software programs

  • You will be a real team player with a proactive approach

  • You will be able to work in a fast-paced finance environment

  • Have a strong willingness to assist others and have a positive attitude

  • Excellent attention to detail
