We are a fast-growing entrepreneurial company that is one of the largest wine exporters and winegrowers in the country and we are looking for an energetic communicator to help tell our stories across various social media platforms.
This role is yours to own. From strategic development through to execution you will be knowledgeable in all things social including content strategy, creative direction and development, influencer management, community management and ad placement. If you are still up for more, you will roll your sleeves up to help with our other digital channels and internal communications programme.
Reporting to the Head of Marketing and Communications, the tasks of this role includes:
Day-to-day management of Indevin’s social media accounts, including the ones we manage on behalf of our customers
Develop and execute the social media strategy, content pillars and social media customer experience for all Indevin social accounts
Create and implement social media marketing plan and editorial calendar
Write, generate, edit, publish, and share content (original text, images, video, and HTML)
Community Management - Build meaningful connections and encourage community members through dialog and messaging
Track and analyse analytic reports to gain insight on traffic, demographics, and effectiveness; utilize this information to positively affect future outcomes
Collaborate with other departments to manage company reputation, coordinate promotions, and increase reach
Influencer liaison – where appropriate forming new collaborative relationships for our customer facing social channels
Use, maintain and grow your knowledge in online technologies and keeping abreast of local and international best practice
