Jason Cook



The taste of an Ata Rangi pinot noir changed Jason’s life - soon after leaving school he was committed, moving with his young family to the East Coast to complete an immersive commercial winery course at Tairawhiti Polytechnic. Work opportunities in Gisborne’s vineyards and wineries cemented his passion for the region and its wine, before he joined Indevin. Jason now is a Production Winemaker in our Marlborough winery.

“I’m excited about bringing small batch winemaking quality to large scale production. For me, it’s a privilege to work within one of the most experienced cellars in the country. I still see the winery as my classroom and seek to learn something from every wine that arrives in front of me”.
